OnLine Training
The Bagel Bombers Baseball Association wishes all of our players and those in the surrounding area wellness and safety during these trying times. That said, we want our players to stay engaged with the game they love!! Our coaches will be putting training videos and materials on-line for our players to work on and practice at their homes during this forced hiatus from baseball. We have contacted several area College coaches and Bombers alumni who will be contributing material.
Keep practicing, and be ready when baseball resumes!!!

Simple Concentration Grid 00-99
How to Play:
Set a timer for 30 seconds (can vary)
start at 00 and mark off in order the numbers
After a while, you can start at different numbers and work your way up or down
You can add variables such as music, distractions (siblings), get creative
You can also see how long it takes you to find every number in order (challenge others in your program) Record yourself doing this and challenge a teammate
